"Most people try to start with processes, and actually you have to start with the people. I come in and I get to know the people, I'm seeing how they're communicating amongst themselves, which is reflective of typically the lack of processes." (4:53)

"Identify your one primary lead source and then you put metrics in to track how that lead comes in and what happens to that lead during the sales process. By tracking the lead, you're gonna see where you have holes in your sales process that you can then tweak." (9:52)
