He graduated Miami University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a minor in Finance and a special interest in psychology and received his master’s in Organizational Behavioral Management in 2000 from University of Phoenix. In 2022, he received certification from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School in Executive Presence and Influence & Persuasive Leadership Development.
